Machine for the bone screw production
Machine Monnier + Zahner 544A is used for making and packaging for bone screws. The machine can produce screws measuring 1.5 to 14 mm in various lengths.
- Special machine for milling worms gears, one and more threads, with and without automatic loading equipmant of the pieces.
- Hydraulic counter-center with longitudinal movement 100 mm nd transversal movement 50 mm.
- Hydraulic copying system for conical threads.
- Special device for automatic milling of medicinal screws (Corticalis and Spongiosa) with automatic cutter.
- Loading of the work-pieces into collet from front side.
- Loading of the work-pieces through work-spindle.
